Please read through the below information covering the details of your Photo Session.
Its is understood that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Client must be pay 50% non-refundable retainer fee in order to secure their booking.

2. All payments must be made according to our agreed payment schedule. LittleswanPhotography reserves the right to cancel or not attend a  shoot id scheduled paymentshave not been made by their due date.

3. Littleswan Photography owns and retains copyright of all images created.The Client authorises Littleswan Photography to use all images, make reproductionsand publish for promotional or advertising material or for use on the LittleswanPhotography Instagram page or other social network sites.If the Client posts the images on Facebook or Instagram, Littleswan Photographywould love any referrals or links back to the Littleswan Photography Instagram page,Facebook page or website. Images can be tagged with @littleswan_photography(Instagram) or @Littleswan Photography (facebook page).

4. Upon Booking by the Client, Littleswan Photography will reserve the session timeallocation and will not make other reservation for the specific date and time frame. Forthis reason, All Fees are not refundable.

5. If the photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty,strike, or other cause beyond the control of parties, or due to the photographer’s illness,than the photographer shall return any funds previously paid to client but shall have nofurther liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also applyin the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost throughcamera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on thepart of the photographer. In the event the Photographer shall not be liable for anyamount in excess of retail value of client’s order. Client accepts that all photographs will taken and edited at the photographer’s

It is client’s responsibility to take care of the children; Littleswan Photography will takedue care during these session, but does not accept any liability or responsibility for anyaccident to any person nor any damage to public or private properties during thephotoshoot or consultation session.

7. Client accepts that all photographs will taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion base on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests shall create a “shot list” of all shots that the require.
